1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you opened and your browser type, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, fast website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from this website's own server, not from Google.

4. Contacting me by email

If you email me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Email runs through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). I delete the data once it's no longer needed and no legal retention period applies.

5. Booking a call

The booking links take you to Google Calendar appointment booking, run by Google Ireland Ltd., whose own privacy policy applies there. I use the details you enter to prepare for and hold our call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Links to LinkedIn and GitHub

This site links to my LinkedIn and GitHub profiles. Nothing from either service is embedded, so no data goes to LinkedIn or GitHub unless you click a link. After that, their own privacy policies apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Email eva@intentionalremote.com to use any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
